Perfect for our large family get-together. Kitchen had everything we needed for lots of cooking. Beautiful area with lots of room for the kids to explore outside.
This is the perfect venue for a retreat. The accommodations are comfortable, the lodge is beautiful, the surroundings are incredible. The hosts are very responsive and great to work with. I highly recommend this place.
Great place to stay especially for a large group. We had a large group of ladies, and the space was perfect, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen set up is wonderful. Plenty of room to spread out. Even though the cabin is large and has tall ceilings, it was quiet despite the large group.
This property is AMAZING! We booked it for a small family reunion, and it had everything we needed from entertainment on the property to the kitchen being stocked with everything we needed to cook. The only thing I would be cautious about that we did not realize is that the Lodge is located back a few miles from the main road. The drive back to the property is all gravel roads, very dusty and a bit bumpy. But it was well worth it!
We had a great reunion with family member coming from many states to unite in the Black Hills. There were 30 people - adults, children, infants staying in this beautiful Lodge. We used air mattress for 3 kids rather than bunk beds because of their age. Compliments to whoever did the floor design. It was great. Everyone was happy with the accommodations. Plenty of room for people to sit and eat, play games that were provided or that we brought ourselves. We enjoyed the size of the great room on the main floor, large living area on the second floor, fun game room in the basement. All of these areas were enjoying during our 5 day stay. We used the flat stone grill to cook breakfast and standard large grill for dinners. Relaxed around fire pit 2 nights. Guest should be aware it is a 4.5 mile drive on gravel to main road. Road was in good shape. Take it slow in a couple spots. It takes time to get to highway to go to Black Hills attractions. Liked the privacy. We would use this home again.
